What is keto?
The ketogenic diet (or keto diet, for short) is a low-carb, high-fat diet that offers many health benefits.
In fact, studies show that this type of diet can help you lose weight and improve your health. Ketogenic diets may even have benefits against diabetes, cancer, epilepsy and Alzheimer's disease.
It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. When this happens, your body becomes incredibly efficient at burning fat for energy. It also turns fat into ketones in the liver, which can supply energy for the brain. Ketogenic diets can cause massive reductions in blood sugar and insulin levels. This, along with the increased ketones, has numerous health benefits.
We make our on "low carb" toast/buns and pizza bases. Then are hand made in store, gluten free, grain free, made with almond meal. They can be served with breakfast as a toast alternative, as a toasted sandwich.. with what ever you fancy, or our pizza, they have 2grams of carbs per serve.
-Eggs on toast . . add bacon or what ever takes your fancy.. no beans, potato.- ordered with our low carb toast.

-Feta, bacon, cheddar, zucchini Quiche, by itself of ordered with a low carb salad.
-Cheese burger bowl. bacon, beef, pickle and cheese bake served with low carb salad.
-low carb pizza. ham, salami, olives, nap sauce, cheese, red onion, feta, mushroom, on a low carb pizza base.
-low carb toasties.. what ever you like on our low carb toasted buns. ham, cheese tomato, onion, chicken, cheese, avo etc…
-long black. -long black with cream. -bullet coffee. -unsweetened almond milk flat white/ latte.
-unsweetened almond milk with cream flat white/ latte. -affogato with sugar free ice cream. -any tea served black, or with unsweetened almond.
-red latte with unsweetened almond. -turmeric latte with unsweetened almond.
-iced coffee with unsweetened almond milk, sugar free ice-cream. -iced latte with unsweetened almond milk. -iced long black.
iced sparkling long black. -Coffee frappe with sugar free ice-cream and unsweetened almond milk.
We have 4 sugar free ice cream flavours to choose from. chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter and chocolate mint.
blueberry cheese cake or granola bars - both home made by us with xylitol as the sweetener.
Vegetarian and vegan
Vegetarians don't eat any food products made from meat, fish, shellfish, crustacea (such as prawns or crab) or animal by-products (such as gelatine or rennet).
Vegans don't eat any food products that come from animals, including dairy products and eggs.
A vegetarian diet has been found to reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes and some types of cancer, leading to a longer life expectancy. It may lead to weight loss.
